4. Introductions and Data Sharing
If you consent to a specific introduction through Clinical Relay's coordination service, we share your contact details (name and either phone number or email) with that one independent research program, for the sole purpose of that single introduction. Sharing is always limited to that specific program and that specific inquiry, and only happens after you have been told what is being shared and have agreed to it. No health data or PHI is included. Any eligibility screening that follows is run entirely by the research organization under its own consent process.
5. What We Will Never Do
Clinical Relay does not sell, rent, or transfer user data to research organizations, trial sponsors, drug development companies, biotech firms, lead aggregation platforms, or any other third party for commercial marketing. Opting in to SMS through this website will not cause your information to be shared with any research organization for unsolicited outreach. Any introduction we make is a single, consent-based facilitation only.
