About the Program
The Clinical Relay Clinical Trial Opportunity and Account Notification SMS Program is operated by Clinical Relay, an independent clinical trial opportunity resource located at 32 N Gould Street Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801. Clinical Relay is not a research organization, sponsor, medical facility, or healthcare provider.
The program sends two separate categories of messages, each requiring its own opt-in:
- Account Notifications (opt-in required): confirmation that an inquiry was received, status updates on coordination, delivery of the guide you requested, and alerts when new trial opportunities matching your stated interests become available.
- Clinical Trial Tips and Updates (separate opt-in required): tips on how to find and sign up for clinical trials, general updates about available study categories, and new content from the resource library.
No Research or Medical Solicitation
This SMS program is operated by an independent opportunity resource, not by a clinical research organization, trial sponsor, drug development company, or health provider. Messages contain opportunity updates and educational content only. Your phone number and SMS opt-in data will never be sold to or shared with research organizations, sponsors, drug development companies, lead aggregation platforms, or any third-party marketing organization.
How to Opt In
You opt in by checking the relevant consent box(es) on the interest form at clinicalrelay.com/contact, or on the opt-in form on the home page. Each message category requires its own separate, independent opt-in.
How to Opt Out
Reply STOP to any message at any time to cancel all messages from that program. You will receive one confirmation message and then nothing further. To leave only one of the two programs, contact chat@clinicalrelay.com and tell us which one you want to opt out of.

Message Frequency
The account notifications program sends up to 4 messages per inquiry, plus ongoing opportunity updates as relevant new studies appear, with a cap of 6 messages per month. The clinical trial tips and updates program sends no more than 4 messages per month.
Costs
Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier and plan. Clinical Relay does not charge anything for SMS messages.
Data Privacy
Mobile opt-in data and consent will never be shared with or sold to any third party, including research organizations, sponsors, drug development companies, lead aggregators, or any other marketing organization. Contact details shared with an independent research program for a coordination introduction are limited to that single introduction.
Not a Condition of Access
Consenting to SMS is never required as a condition of accessing content or coordination services on Clinical Relay.

The program works with most major US carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon. Carrier support may vary.
